Whirlpool India’s revenue rose 12% to Rs 2,727 crore, but profit declined due to inflation As on : 05-Aug-26  20:54

Whirlpool of India reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 2,727 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, a 12% increase year-on-year, driven by market share gains in refrigerators and washers, industry volume growth, price increases, and product premiumization, while consolidated profit before tax stood at Rs 139 crore, a 29% decrease year-on-year due to commodity inflation, crude oil prices, currency depreciation, and new energy regulations, with a subsidiary, Elica India, reporting a 26% revenue increase and a 22% improvement in profit before tax.
