Stanley Lifestyles reschedules board meeting to August 13 to review financial results As on : 05-Aug-26  20:40

Stanley Lifestyles Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the meeting of its Board of Directors, previously scheduled for August 8, 2026, has been rescheduled to Thursday, August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2026, and the Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
