Yarn Syndicate Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from August 17, 2026, to August 24, 2026, for the Annual General Meeting, with a cut-off date of July 24, 2026, to determine shareholders for sending notice and participation in e-voting of the 80th Annual General Meeting.
