S.J.S. Enterprises acquires 2.08% stake in DB Renews for Rs 72,00,000 As on : 05-Aug-26  19:26

S.J.S. Enterprises Limited announced it has subscribed to 28,800 equity shares of M/s. DB Renews Private Limited for a total consideration of Rs 72,00,000, representing a 2.08% stake in the company, following an agreement initially disclosed on February 27, 2026, with M/s. Doddanavar Global Energy Private Limited and M/s. DB Renews Private Limited for the supply of up to 36,00,000 units of wind power annually.
