Sugar and Industries Corporation Ltd. will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial statements (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to consider and recommend a dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
