Tainwala Chemicals and Plastics (India) Limited announced that its board of directors declared an interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27, with August 11, 2026, set as the record date, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
