IFGL Refractories Ltd. announced that its shareholders approved a final dividend of Rs 2.15 per equity share, equivalent to 21.5%, at the company’s 19th Annual General Meeting held on August 5, 2026, with payment scheduled to commence on or after August 10, 2026, to shareholders on record as of July 29, 2026.
