Prism Finance Limited will hold a board meeting on August 13, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as stipulated by Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and trading window for designated persons will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are declared.
