Bharat Parenterals' board re-appointed Hemang Shah as Executive Director for five years As on : 05-Aug-26 19:05
Bharat Parenterals Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Hemang Shah as an Executive Director for a term of 5 consecutive years, effective July 2, 2026, to July 1, 2031, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
