Stanley Lifestyles terminated Company Secretary Mukesh Sharma over conduct and professional standards violations As on : 05-Aug-26  19:03

Stanley Lifestyles Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the management has terminated the services of Mr. Mukesh Sharma (Membership No. ACS28288) from the offices of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective August 05, 2026, due to acts and conduct including misappropriations deemed inconsistent with professional standards.
