Amanaya Ventures Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors has fixed August 22, 2026, to August 28, 2026, as the book closure period for the 17th Annual General Meeting scheduled for Friday, August 28, 2026, with a cut-off date of Friday, August 21, 2026, for e-voting eligibility.
