Sivakaminathan as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director, effective August 5, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange. Mr. Sivakaminathan, a graduate of IIM Ahmedabad, has held senior executive positions across various industries over the past four decades.
