Zeal Aqua Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the appointment of Mr. Manish R. Patel as Secretarial Auditor to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. JDM & Associates LLP, effective August 5, 2026, to conduct the audit for the financial year 2025-26.
