Shilchar Technologies to review quarterly results at board meeting on August 11 As on : 05-Aug-26 16:38
Shilchar Technologies Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with a limited review report from the statutory auditors, the company said in a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
