Valiant Laboratories to review quarterly financial results at a board meeting next Monday As on : 05-Aug-26 15:27
Valiant Laboratories Limited will hold a board meeting on Monday, August 10, 2026, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The trading window for the company will remain closed until August 12, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
