Shikhar Leasing and Trading Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026, to approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The company has closed the trading window for directors and designated employees from July 1, 2026, until August 15, 2026, following SEBI regulations.
