Shilpa Medicare Limited has set Friday, September 4, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders’ entitlement to a final dividend, as recommended by the board of directors for the financial year 2025–26, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 11, 2026.
