The company sources 24.75% of its input materials directly from micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and small producers, with 62.99% sourced within India. Job creation is distributed across various locations, with 32.37% in metropolitan areas. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects include investments of Rs 1,17,83,147 in Uttar Pradesh Sandila Block and the installation of 5,000 solar street lights in aspirational blocks, benefiting a total of 56,883 individuals from vulnerable and marginalized groups. The company maintains a whistle-blower policy accessible online and a cyber security and data privacy policy, while 100% of products carry information regarding environmental and social parameters.
