Dynemic Products Ltd. will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at its registered office to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to determine the date and agenda for the Annual General Meeting, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
