VIP Clothing Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The trading window for designated persons, which has been closed since Wednesday, July 1, 2026, will remain closed for 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
