Lunolux Limited disclosed to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that Lunolux Midco Limited, a promoter, has created a pledge over 121,041,730 equity shares, representing 62.55% of the total paid-up share capital of Eureka Forbes Limited, on May 7, 2024, in favor of CSCGlobal Capital Markets (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., acting as a security agent for certain lenders, to secure a facility for Lunolux. The borrowed amount was utilized for the repayment of an existing facility obtained by Lunolux.
