Eforu Entertainment issues shares, receiving Rs 14.09 crore from promoters and investors As on : 05-Aug-26  13:07

Eforu Entertainment Limited, formerly known as Tavernier Resources Limited, announced that its board approved the allotment of 15,48,500 fully paid-up equity shares at a price of Rs 91 per share to promoters and non-promoters, following the receipt of Rs 14,09,13,500 from allottees. The allotment is part of a preferential issue approved by shareholders and the BSE Limited, and involved three allottees: Amit Pankaj Vedawala, Global9 LLC, and Dilip Modi.
