Board of Garware Hi Tech Films recommends final dividend As on : 06-May-26 14:03
Garware Hi Tech Films announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 12 per equity Share (i.e. 120%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
