Board of Shanthi Gears recommends final dividend As on : 05-May-26 14:13
Shanthi Gears announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
