Board of DE Nora India recommends final dividend As on : 04-May-26 17:46
DE Nora India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
