Board of Tata Technologies recommends special dividend As on : 04-May-26  17:43

Tata Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 3.35 per equity Share (i.e. 167.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
