Kansai Nerolac Paints has allotted 1,33,538 equity shares under the Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited - Restricted Stock Units Plan, 2022. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 80,86,58,273 equity shares of Re.1 each.
