| Initial public issue of up to 24,99,600* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Himalaya Nutravedics India Ltd ( the "Company" or "Himalaya Nutravedics India Limited" or " Issuer" at an issue price of Rs. 100-106 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 90-96 per equity share) for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 25-26.50 Crores ("Public Issue"), out of which 1,26,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, at an issue price of Rs. 100-106 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 1.26-1.34 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue ( the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of up to 23,73,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, at an issue price of Rs. 100-106 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 23.74-25.16 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and net issue will constitute 28.38% and 26.95% respectively of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs. 100 to Rs. 106 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
The floor price is 10 times and the cap price is 10.6 times the face value of the equity shares.
