| Initial public issue of upto 50,04,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the "equity shares") of Genxai Analytics Limited ("the company" or "the issuer") at an issue price of Rs. [*] crores ("public issue") out of which [*] equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each, at an issue price of Rs. [*] per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs.
