| Initial public offering of up to 80,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Armee Infotech Limited ("the Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 375 per equity share ("Issue Price") (Including A Premium of Rs. 365 Per Equity Share) aggregating up to Rs. 300.00 Crores (the "Issue").
